Ninety Two is a real estate brokerage company operating in a competitive, trust-driven market. While the company had strong market presence and professional experience, the brand identity didn’t fully reflect the level of credibility and structure required in the real estate space.
The challenge was to create an identity that feels established, confident, and investment-oriented — something that communicates reliability and long-term value from the first impression.
The identity concept was built around the idea of progression and elevation.
The “92” mark was constructed to resemble a counter or level indicator — symbolizing growth, advancement, and measurable success. Subtle snap-like cuts within the form introduce a sense of movement, reflecting the dynamic nature of the real estate market: transactions, shifts, opportunities, and upward momentum.
Typography was kept structured and confident to reinforce trust, while the logo form itself carries the motion — balancing stability with energy.
The result is a brokerage identity that feels grounded yet forward-moving, communicating both reliability and growth potential in a single visual system.
